We are located in South Florida serving Broward, Palm Beach and Martin Counties.  We provide Senior Move Manager services to the residents of our area.  We also provide Re-Sale Preparation services as this very often overlaps with the transitioning of a senior into a retirement community, assisted living or out of state.  We are proud to announce the launch of our newest division – A Personal Touch Concierge Service.  With this new division, we are able to service our clients many needs to make their lives more fulfilling and stress free.

A Senior Move Manager guides seniors and families aiding seniors to find the perfect solution to housing relocation with particular knowledge of the local community and taking into consideration the senior client’s special needs.  A Senior Move Manager will assist the seniors with the emotional and physical aspects of moving from their home to a smaller home, apartment, retirement community, or to assisted living.  Each one of our moves is directed by a Senior Move Manager who will be with our client every step of the way.  As an advocate, confidant and friend, the Senior Move Manager caters to our client’s every need and concern.   

What Is Re-Sale Preparation?

When one of our clients decides to sell or rent their home or condominium, we advise them how to make their property more memorable to prospective buyers.  Very often the property being sold is a number of years old and may be in need of repair and updating.  This can be as simple as cleaning the house and the carpet, or it may be necessary to do a full renovation of the premises.  It is up to our client to decide how much they think is necessary and what they are prepared to spend to make their home more attractive.  Re-Sale Preparation (or Home Staging) has been proven to be most useful in obtaining a better price and a faster sale.
