If you plan to sell or rent your home or condominium, it is important to make sure that your home stands out in the mind of a buyer or renter. At A Time To Move, we provide you with the steps necessary to make your home memorable so that you can sell it faster and perhaps get a better price.

A Time To Move can do everything from a simple cleaning of your home or condominium to a complete renovation.

A Time To Move will arrange with contractors and/or renovation experts to make repairs, as needed.  Our resources include businesses we can trust to clean the home, clean carpeting, remove wallpaper, paint, tile, re-carpet or install wood laminate to upgrade your home. We coordinate the project to make sure it gets done in a timely manner meeting any required deadlines.

When one of our clients decides to sell or rent their home or condominium, we advise them on how to make their property more memorable to prospective buyers. Our goal is to de-clutter and stage the property with whatever furnishings are available.  Very often the property being sold is a number of years old and may be in need of repair and updating. This can be as simple as cleaning the house and the carpet, or it may be necessary to do a full renovation of the premises. It is up to our client to decide how much they think is necessary and what they are prepared to spend to make their home more attractive. Re-Sale Preparation (or Home Staging) has been proven to be most useful in obtaining a better price and a faster sale.
